When will I receive my order?

All our products are sourced from strategic manufacturers around the world.  Our goal is to keep costs low for our customers by cutting out the middle man.  That means sometimes we'll ship to you straight from our fully-vetted manufacturer.  As a result, some items can take as little as a week to arrive while others can take as long as 10-15 business days.

Use the Order Lookup link to check on your order or contact customercare@kidatheartstore.com for an update.  99.9% of the time the order is on it's way. :) 

 

Where are you located?

Our main office is in NYC but we have strategic partners, warehouses and manufacturers worldwide.  We’ve spent many hours getting the logistics down so we can get our customers good products at good prices.

   

My product was damaged. Can I get a refund?

Of course! Send a picture to customercare@kidatheartstore.com and we’ll process that refund or send a new one ASAP.

 

Can I order wholesale?

Of course! Just reach out to customer service and they'll connect you with our sourcing team to get you the best price!

 

Can I have a discount? I could use the money...
